Ariana Grande sparks grave concern as she looks extremely thin on red carpet

has sparked concerns for her health after she looked extremely thin on the red carpet of the Wicked premiere.

The singer stepped out for a photocall wearing a cream gown with a cut out bustier which exposed her chest as she celebrated the long-awaited arrival of the movie on the big screen. However, fans of Ariana were distracted by her slender appearance as she posed alone and with her co-stars.

The actress wore a simple pearl necklace around her neck and had her long blonde loose and hair pinned away from her face in the images.

Concerned fans took to X to discuss Ariana's appearance which has been a topic of conversation several times in recent weeks. One wrote: "She's skin and bones," after viewing a video of her at the LA premiere of the musical movie.

Another said: "Ariana looks unhealthily skinny," while a third questioned "Has Ariana always been this damn thin?" A fourth social media user expressed their worry writing: "I love Ariana and I don't think people should comment on other people's bodies at all, but there's no way you can look at her and not think she's not healthy. I really hope she's OK."

A fifth fan said: "I know she has been slim all her life but seeing her now is worrying, she is so small." The appearance comes after being in the public eye.

The pair first met on the set of the film adaptation of the musical Wicked in 2022. But their relationship caused a huge stir as Ethan was legally married at the time - as was Ariana. So this may explain why the actor was seen posing on his own while on the red carpet of Wicked, while the hitmaker was pictured with co-star Cynthia Erivo.

At the time their relationship was made public, Ethan, 32, was married to his wife Lilly Jay, who he shares a child with. It has been claimed that Ethan and Ariana kick started their alleged affair while filming the two-part film of the theatre production.

Speaking to GQ magazine, the film star explained how his relationship has been with Ariana in the public glare. He said: "I think there was something that was really difficult about things in your private life being commented on and looked at by the public."

He added: "It’s really hard to see people who don’t know anything about what’s happening commenting on it and speculating, and then getting things wrong about the people you love." Now, a year on, the pair appear to be going from strength to strength despite the scandal surrounding their on-set romance.
