Keane slams "boring" display

Former United captain slammed their performance against Chelsea as "boring" and highlighted the .

"He should've signed a longer contract," Keane told Sky Sports. "It's a long way back for this team. Look a new manager will come in and you hope he'll get more out of this group but this is an average United team - all the stats back it up.

Van Nistelrooy's plea
