The start of a new month means that the end of the summer transfer windowis now getting closer for teams and the time left to complete their transfer business is ticking away.
The window officially closes at 7pm on September 1, meaning that clubs, including Arsenal now have one month to do any business. The Gunners have already been pretty busy in the time gone in the window so far.
The club have completed the signings of goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, defender Cristhian Mosquera, midfielders Christian Norgaard and Martin Zubimendi as well as forwards Noni Madueke and Viktor Gyokeres.

There has also been some outgoings with both Neto and Raheem Sterling returning to their parent clubs at the end of their loan spell. Thomas Partey, Takegiro Tomiyasu, Jorginho, Kieran Tierney, Marquinhos and Nuno Tavares have also left the club.
With a month of the window left, Arsenal could still have a few deals to get over the line. In terms of incomings, the wide left position is a priority.
The top target seems to be Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze. The England man is said to have a release clause of £68 million, but it’s reported that that expires tonight (Friday), with it suggested that Arsenal will try to get a slightly reduced fee.
Real Madrid’s Rodrygo has also been mentioned as a possible target, but it’s reported that Eze is higher on the list than the Brazil international.
Before the signing of Eze, Arsenal may look to try and raise some funds for the move. To do that, they will need some sales, and there are six players who could potentially leave the club in the next month.
The first is Reiss Nelson. Despite impressing during pre-season so far, Arsenal remain in talks with Fulham over a deal for the winger. He spent last season on loan at Craven Cottage, but saw his campaign struck by injury.
If Arsenal are able to get a fee for the academy graduate it would be a big financial boost. Nelson may not be the only Arsenal player heading to Fulham, with the Cottagers also said to be interested in a potential move for Oleksandr Zinchenko .
The full-back is likely to drop down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium this season, and could therefore move on in search of more game time.
Two players who spent last season out on loan could also leave on permanent deals this summer, with them not expected to break into Mikel Arteta’s squad this season. Albert Sambi Lokonga, spent last season with Sevilla while Fabio Vieira played for Porto on a temporary deal.
If they do want to raise more funds for potential incomings, then Arsenal could potentially cash in on both Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Jesus. Borussia Dortmund are reportedly showing an interest in Trossard, who could see his game time reduce this season.
Jesus, who is still recovering from a knee injury that ruled him out for the end of the Premier League season, has been linked with a return to Brazil this summer. The arrival of Viktor Gyokeres, plus the return to fitness of Kai Havertz could see the striker struggle for regular starts at the Emirates Stadium.
