Sharing his biggest tip on preventing hair damage Amit said it is crucial to be mindful of not using very high temperature while styling your hair. If you do tend to use heat to style your hair on a regular basis, then it is absolutely necessary to use a heat protectant as well as heat repair products on your hair length, aka from mid-hair to the ends while leaving your scalp. Amit Thakur also mentioned the need for a regular haircare routine to prevent damage and promote hair health.

While Amit Thakur is a celebrity favourite hairstylist, if you are suffering from hair damage it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional who will be able to understand your issue better and then devise a plan catered to your hair health and needs.
