UPSC Recruitment 2024: UPSC released notification for 232 posts

UPSC Recruitment 2024: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification of new recruitment. UPSC has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill the posts of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. For this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum age should be 30 years. Interested and eligible candidates have to submit the application form before the last date. The application process for UPSC Recruitment 2024 has started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for this from the official website of the commission upsc.gov.in till 8 October 2024.

UPSC Recruitment 2024: Total Number of Posts 

A total of 232 posts are to be filled through this recruitment campaign. These recruitments will be done for the posts of civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunication engineers. 

UPSC Recruitment 2024: Essential Qualification 

Must possess engineering degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication from a recognized institute or university. 

UPSC Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

For UPSC Recruitment 2024, general category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200, while women, SC, ST and Divyang category candidates will be exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates have to pay the application fee by depositing money in any branch of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master Card/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment or Internet Banking of any bank. 

UPSC Recruitment 2024: Selection Process 

There are various stages in the selection of the candidate. The first stage will be the preliminary exam, the second stage will be the main exam and the third stage will be the interview or personality test. Candidates should be informed that there will be negative marking for wrong answers in the objective type question papers.
