Immigration advisory services for the UAE Golden Visa are now accessible in India through a new initiative launched by VFS Education, Trade & Migration (VFS ETM) Services, a business unit of the VFS Global group, in partnership with global immigration consultancy Rayad Group.
The new offering will allow eligible applicants, including business owners, professionals, scientists, entrepreneurs, creatives, and social media influencers, to apply for the UAE’s 10-year residency visa under the government nomination category. This route does not require investment in real estate or business formation in the UAE.
Applicants can access the services through the website or by calling the dedicated helpline, as per the company.
Visa holders can sponsor their spouses, children (including adult children), parents, and domestic staff under this programme.
The initiative is part of the first rollout from a newly established Centre of Excellence by VFS ETM and Rayad Group. These centres are located in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. The centres will use legal expertise and generative AI tools to guide individuals through immigration procedures and ensure compliance with visa requirements, says VFS.
“We believe there is strong demand for immigration advisory services, particularly for the UAE Golden Visa. In line with our customer-first policy we are delighted to roll out this solution that empowers applicants to get sound understanding of the immigration process and take informed decisions,” said Yummi Talwar, Chief Operating Officer-South Asia, VFS Global.
Rayad Kamal Ayub, Managing Director of Rayad Group, said, “The United Arab Emirates’ unique blend of economic stability, favourable tax policies, and luxurious living standards positions it as a premier destination for high-net-worth individuals seeking new opportunities and an elevated quality of life.”
