Family Vacation Across Continents

Namrata Shirodkar, Sitara’s mother and former actor, also gave glimpses of the family's travel through her Instagram stories. She first teased their departure by posting photos of Sitara and her son, Gautam Ghattamaneni, at the airport. Later, she tagged Armani Hotel Milano and thanked them for their warm welcome, confirming the family's stay in Milan. Before arriving in Italy, the family spent time in Rome and also visited the US, where Gautam is currently studying acting.

The trip reflects a tradition of close-knit holidays for the Ghattamaneni family, even though this time Mahesh Babu was notably absent from the tour.

While his family enjoys their European holiday, Mahesh Babu remains tied up with work commitments. He is currently filming his upcoming movie SSMB29, directed by SS Rajamouli. The film, written by Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad, is being described as a jungle adventure. Though the official details of the film remain under wraps, several on-location leaks have surfaced in recent months, including a video of Mahesh Babu and co-star Prithviraj Sukumaran filming a key scene in Odisha.

Priyanka Chopra, also part of the cast, was recently spotted near the hotel where the cast was staying, which added to the speculation surrounding the film. Despite efforts to maintain confidentiality, fans have been eagerly tracking updates from the sets.

Mahesh Babu only managed a brief pause from the demanding schedule, aligning with a temporary break Rajamouli himself had taken from shooting. The actor was last seen in the 2024 release Guntur Kaaram and has since immersed himself in back-to-back schedules for the new project.
