UP ITI 1st merit list 2025 released at www.scvtup.in; check steps to download, document checklist, and what to do next

The State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), Uttar Pradesh, has officially released the 1st merit list for UP ITI Admissions 2025 on its website, www.scvtup.in. This list covers admissions for both 1-year (2025–26) and 2-year (2025–27) Industrial Training Institute (ITI) courses across Uttar Pradesh.

Candidates who find their names on the list must report to their assigned ITIs between July 2 and July 8, 2025 (including holidays) to confirm their admission. Failing to report within this timeframe will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Shortlisted candidates must carry the following

• A copy of the admission letter
• Photocopies of educational certificates
• Aadhaar Card
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Any other documents mentioned in the admission letter

How to Download UP ITI 1st Merit List 2025
Step 1: Visit www.scvtup.in or www.upvesd.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Merit List / Seat Allotment 2025’ link
Sep 3: Enter your credentials: Registration/Barcode Number, Date of Birth or Mobile Number, and Captcha
Step 4: Click on Submit or Print
Step 5: View your seat allotment and download the PDF for future reference

Freeze vs Float Option: What to Choose?
After seat allotment, candidates can select one of the following options:
Freeze: To confirm the allotted seat and opt out of future counselling rounds
Float: To accept the current seat provisionally while remaining eligible for upgrades in the next rounds

Note: Candidates selecting the Freeze option cannot change their preference later. Those who choose Float can participate in further seat upgradation rounds.
