Every year Hariyali Teej is celebrated on the Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Sawan month, and this year this date is falling on 27th July. In such a situation, this time Hariyali Teej will be celebrated on 27th July. On this day, various types of dishes are made in homes. Due to this, in this article, we are going to tell you an easy recipe of Veg Thali, so that you too can prepare delicious dishes at your home with an easy method.

Ingredients for making Paneer Matar ki Sabzi

200 grams paneer

1 cup peas

2 tomatoes

1 small piece of ginger

2 green chillies

½ teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, salt according to taste

2 teaspoons oil, green coriander

Method

To make delicious Matar Paneer ki Sabzi, first of all, grind tomatoes, green chillies, and ginger and make a paste. After this, heat the oil in a pan and add the prepared tomato paste to it. Along with the paste, add turmeric, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Now fry it continuously, till the oil at the bottom does not come up. After roasting the masala, add boiled peas and paneer to it. Now, finally cook for 5–7 minutes, add green coriander, and serve.

Ingredients for making Jeera Aloo

4 boiled potatoes

1 teaspoon cumin

1-2 green chillies, salt, turmeric, oil
Green coriander

Method

To make this Jeera Aloo, first boil the potatoes, cool them, and cut them. Now heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and green chillies to it. Now add chopped potatoes, turmeric, and salt. Fry these potatoes for five to seven minutes, and then finally add green coriander, and it is ready.

2 cups wheat flour

Here we are talking about making Puri, so first of all, you have to knead the dough for it. To knead the dough, first mix water into the flour and knead the dough. If you want, you can add a little salt to it. Now make small balls from this dough and roll them. After rolling the Puri, fry it in hot oil till it becomes golden brown. It is ready.

Ingredients for making Mix Veg Raita

1 cup curd (whipped)

¼ cup chopped cucumber, tomato, carrot

Salt, roasted cumin, mint powder

Method

Mix Veg Raita tastes very delicious with Puri Sabzi. First of all, cut all the vegetables and mix them with curd. Now add salt, cumin, and mint to it. While making raita, add salt only when serving; otherwise, it will become cold.

Ingredients for making vermicelli

1 cup vermicelli

2 cups milk

3–4 teaspoons sugar

Cardamom powder, ghee, dry fruits

Method

Now, finally, let's know the method of making sweet vermicelli. First, fry the vermicelli in ghee till it turns light golden. After this, add milk to it and cook on a medium flame. Lastly, add sugar, cardamom, and dry fruits to it. Now cook it for ten minutes and then it is ready.
