In the present times, the trend of eating fast food is increasing rapidly. Earlier, only children were attracted to them, but now people of all ages like them. One of these things is a burger, which is quite popular. Today, we are telling you the recipe for making a veg burger. Some people are so fond of eating it that they like to make it at home as well. The special thing is that if you prepare it at home, it will prove to be more tasty and healthier. You will not only enjoy it, but also get praise from the guests by serving it. You can easily make it in a few minutes by following the method given by us.

Ingredients

1 chopped onion

1 chopped tomato

4 slices paneer

2 teaspoons red chili powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

2 pinches of ground salt

2 teaspoons refined oil

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1/2 gram ginger paste

1 teaspoon lemon juice

4 half-burger buns

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

1 handful chopped coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

For the main dish

1/2 chopped cucumber

2 boiled and mashed potatoes

2 chopped onions

2 chopped carrots

1/2 cup peeled peas

1/2 cup corn

Method

- To make burger patties, pressure cook carrots, peas, and sweet corn till 1 whistle.

- In a large bowl, add boiled vegetables, chopped onions, red chili powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste.

- Add lemon juice and mashed potatoes to a bowl and mix well. Shape the mixture into small patties.

- Now, heat oil in a pan on a low flame. Roll the prepared patties in breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown on both sides. Now remove and keep aside.

- Take half of the burger bun, spread some butter on it. Now place sliced onion, cucumber and tomato on it. Then place the prepared vegetable patties.

- Add slices of onion, tomato and cheese. Cover it with the other part of the burger bun. If you want, add some ketchup on top. Veg burger is ready.
