In his complaint, he alleged that the actor, in his speech about the Pahalgam terror attack, said that these attacks are similar to the conflicts between tribal communities hundreds of years ago.
Demand for action against the actor
Tribal organizations have also objected to his comments and condemned them. They alleged that Vijay's statements insulted them and demanded an immediate apology. According to the report, the police said about the matter that necessary action will be taken after legal opinion on the complaint.
‘Kashmir belongs to India and Kashmiris belong to us’
Vijay gave an emotional speech at the ‘Retro’ event, in which he said, ‘The solution to what is happening in Kashmir is to educate them (terrorists) and ensure that they are not brainwashed. What will they achieve? Kashmir belongs to India, and Kashmiris belong to us.’
What did the actor comment on
He also lashed out at Pakistan and terrorists, saying, ‘India does not even need to attack Pakistan because Pakistanis themselves are fed up with their government and if this continues, they will attack them themselves. Just like tribals used to fight 500 years ago, these people are working without intelligence and common sense.’
