Drink enough water
The right amount of water is also helpful in weight loss. One should drink eight to ten glasses of water every day. Drinking a glass of water 30 minutes before eating fills the stomach quickly and you will eat less. Apart from this, many times the body mixes hunger and thirst. When you feel hungry, try drinking water first.
Get full sleep
Weight also increases due to lack of sleep. Actually, due to less sleep, hunger-increasing hormones increase, which leads to a desire to eat more. In such a situation, to stay healthy, make sure to sleep for seven to eight hours daily.
Stay active
Even if you do not go to the gym and do not do heavy exercises, you remain active in small tasks throughout the day. Climb the stairs instead of the lift, cover the nearby distance on foot, and walk a little every hour. This keeps the body active and helps in burning calories. If you do not want to exercise, then household chores like sweeping, mopping gardening, etc. also burn calories well. Make it a habit to walk daily and walk at a fast pace for a few minutes.
Attention to food
If you cannot control your food, you can include nutritious food in your diet. Consume more fiber and protein. Include fruits, vegetables, sprouted pulses and nuts in your diet. This prevents constipation. The stomach remains full and you do not feel hungry again and again. If you cannot stop eating junk food, then find its substitutes, like eat things made from jaggery instead of sugar. Eat home-cooked food instead of eating outside.
