Thrissur: A shocking incident has come to light from Kerala's Thrissur. At least three women were reportedly injured, one of them critically, when a private bus rammed passengers waiting in the shed at a bus stop on Saturday afternoon.
CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced. The video shows three women waiting at the bus stop in the rain, holding umbrellas. The large bus can be seen approaching straight at high speed and then veering towards the women and crashing into them. The woman can be seen trying to run out of the big vehicle's path.
The video shows a traffic police standing on the other side of the road putting his hand on his head in shock. The cop points to the driver of the bus, who runs away. A tempo rickshaw driver can be seen coming out of his vehicle and chasing him.

Reportedly, the driver escaped by scaling a wall and fled through a nearby field and is still on the run. All three victims were admitted to to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private hospital in Koorkenchery. One of the injured, a woman identified as Prema, is in critical condition
