BREAKING Man who opened fire on immigration centre pictured for first time

The shooter who fired at multiple people at an immigration centre from a rooftop in Dallas, Texas, killing one person, before then turning the gun on himself has been pictured for the first time.

Joshua Jahn, 29, allegedly shot three detainees at the Dallas ICE facility on Wednesday.
