At least three people have died and dozens others have been injured in a horror mass shooting in Philadelphia, with terrified witnesses reporting hundreds of shots fired at a street party.
Police said the shooting took place at around 1am local time at the 1200-block of South 27th Street. It marks the third mass shooting in Philadelphia since Memorial Day on May 25, when two were killed among 11 shot at Lemon Hill in Fairmount Park. Another eight people were shot in a separate incident in the city on Saturday.
Journalist Steve Keeley said: "Philly Police on the scene in Grays Ferry along South Etting Street. Fatalities among a double-digit number of victims already, that has been going up with more shooting victims arriving at two different hospitals so far, police sources tell me."
