A British groom-to-be died on Benidorm stag do in front of his father and friends.
The 29-year-old father-of-one from was pronounced dead following the incident at the Funky Flamingo on March 22. According to the manager of the bar, the man fell backwards off a bar stool and hit his head on the ground. After he became unconscious, the manager and staff in the bar attempted CPR for around 15 minutes, before an ambulance arrived. Medics then gave him a shot of adrenaline and attempted further resuscitation, but he could not be saved. In a statement to local media, the said: "We can confirm that a man suffered some type of medical problem and died at the scene.
"He was treated by those present at the premises and then by the paramedics who responded to the call. The medical causes of the death are unknown."

The man's father and friends, who were with him at the bar, were said to have been left in tears. Bar manager Gaston Luciano told the MailOnline: "They gave him a shot of adrenaline and connected him to a machine, they did everything they could, it was so sad. His friends were in shock for the first minute or so and then it hit them what was happening, they were emotional and crying."
One eyewitness described seeing "several police cars" and two ambulances outside the bar, while another described seeing a large amount of blood running from his head.
Photographs from the scene showed a large emergency services presence.
The man was known to have suffered a heart attack several years earlier.
He was due to marry his fiancé in May and was on a stag do at the time of the accident.
Fellow British tourists in the area that evening who witnessed the emergency response had asked whether he was okay.
One wrote on social media the following morning: "Does anyone know if the man who collapsed in Flamingo bar is okay?… Been worried sick ever since about him." Another member of the same group replied: "Unfortunately, he passed away."
Many had also asked what had happened after seeing multiple ambulances and fearing the worst.
One TikTok user wrote: "Be careful in Benidorm! Lots of police, road closed, and ambulances everywhere… hope everyone is okay!"
The has approached the Foreign Office for comment.
