Bengaluru: A very sad incident has come to light in Bidar district of Karnataka which has shaken the entire area. A 4-year-old innocent girl has been raped in her own school. Information about this incident was received when the girl's mother saw her condition after returning home.
It was July 23 when this incident happened. It was morning time and the girl's father had gone to drop her to school as usual. He came to pick her up at around 2:30 in the afternoon. When the mother came home and prepared the girl to change her clothes, a horrifying truth came to light. The mother saw that blood was coming out of the private part of the girl's body. Seeing this, the family understood that something very serious had happened. Immediately they rushed the girl to the hospital.
Admitted in hospital
At present, the little girl is admitted in the ICU of the hospital. Doctors say that they are trying their best to make the girl well. In such incidents, small children suffer both physical and mental problems.
Police registered a case
As soon as this news reached the police, they immediately started taking action. According to the copy of the FIR, the police have registered a case against an unknown person. It has not been ascertained yet who has done this. The police have registered this case under the POCSO Act. POCSO means "Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act." This is a special law which has been made to protect young children from such wrongdoings.
Investigation is still going on
Police officials say that they have not been able to talk to the girl yet because she is in the hospital and her health is not good. When she gets a little better, the police will slowly ask her what happened.
The police is also investigating whether this bleeding has happened due to some other reason. They want to be completely sure what really happened.
