What do the experts say?In the video, Dr. Zaidi explains, coconut oil contains a lot of fatty acids, which deeply moisturize the skin. This makes the skin look more glowing and healthy. Apart from this, this oil also has antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties, which protect the skin from infection, protect the skin from sun damage, and also show effect in reducing the signs of aging.

What happens by applying coconut oil and alum on the face?

How to make this mixture?
- For this, take 100ml coconut oil and mix 1 teaspoon alum powder in it.
- Mix both the things well until the alum completely dissolves in the oil.
- After this, store it in an airtight container.

- Dr. Zaidi advises to clean the face thoroughly and apply the prepared mixture gently.
- Leave it on the skin for 15 to 20 minutes. Then wash the face while massaging with light hands.
