These things create gas in the stomach
Do not eat beans: According to dieticians, beans are the first name that comes to mind among the food products that cause gas in the stomach. Avoid onions: Do not eat onions if you have gas problems. The main reason for gas is that onions contain fructose which is a soluble fiber. It takes time to digest, which causes gas problems.
Cabbage-Cauliflower: Some vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower or broccoli also contain a complex sugar called raffinose. It takes a lot of time for the body to digest it. This causes problems like flatulence, gas etc.
