Bollywood actress Ananya Panday recently walked the runway for renowned designer Rohit Bal, who returned to the fashion scene after a health setback. Describing the experience as an emotional "fashion dream," Ananya was the showstopper for the grand finale of Rohit Bal's latest collection.
Ananya took to Instagram to share pictures of herself in a signature velvet black lehenga adorned with embroidered roses from the designer’s collection. She captioned the post, “Walking for and with @rohitbalofficial, what a fashion dream filled with so much emotion. It's always fun to be back with my family @lakmeindia @lakmefashionwk.”
Rohit Bal, known for incorporating lotus and peacock motifs into his designs, had been hospitalized last year due to a pre-existing cardiac condition. He had previously suffered a heart attack in 2010 and was in critical condition during his most recent health scare.
In addition to her work on the runway, Ananya recently ventured into the podcast world with the launch of the So Positive Podcast, focusing on mental health in the digital age. In the podcast, she engages in candid conversations with top influencers like Prajakta Koli, Sumukhi Suresh, Yashraj Mukhate, Ankush Bahuguna, and BeYouNick. Each episode dives deep into discussions about mental health and offers practical strategies for staying balanced in today’s hyperconnected world. The first episode is set to release on October 15.
Ananya also attended a major fashion event in Paris, sharing several pictures and videos of her time in the French capital.
On the acting front, she was recently seen in CTRL, a thriller about a social media influencer couple and the dark side of technology. The film explores how an AI app erases their digital presence while secretly gaining control of their data.
