90s pop icon totally unrecognisable after dramatic transformation and huge career U-turn

Not only is former Blazin' Squad icon James Kenzie an international DJ, but he's also a personal fitness trainer, regularly sharing images of his "incredible physique" with his 24,600 followers. The 39-year-old, who rose to fame as a rapper in the early 2000s, now works as an online coach, helping people achieve dramatic "results that last without the restriction".

In 2002, Blazin' Squad released their first album, In The Beginning. Their debut solo record, containing the top 10 singles 'Crossroads' and 'Love on the Line', was followed up by their sophomore effort 'Now or Never' in 2003.

Kenzie, who went by MC Kenzie whilst in the group, eventually went on to form Friday Hill with fellow band members MC Flava and MC Strider when Blazin' Squad broke up in 2005. Following Friday Hill's demise, Kenzie joined forces with 's Adam Rickitt, Pop Idol sensation , Dane Bowers and '90s star Kavana to form the supergroup 5th Story for the ITV2 series, The Big Reunion.

Outside of music, the father-of-two enjoyed a successful stint on the third season of in 2005. He finished second behind dancer and star Bez.

Kenzie has also competed on the Sky One reality show Cirque de Celebrité, ITV's CelebAir, and made appearances on the , Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Celebrity Juice. Now, the father-of-two regularly DJ's across the world and runs an online business helping people reach their fitness goals.

Since January, the former singer has been offering fans a place on his elite Coaching by Kenzie course, promising they can "transform [their] health and lifestyle".

Kenzie, who regularly posts progress pictures and images of his physique to Instagram, attracts tons of comments from fans praising his body transformation.

"Looking good Kenzie keep it up," typed one Instagram user, while a second wrote: "Incredible physique."

Someone else replied: "You looking absolutely incredible gorgeous". A fourth gushed: "How many of his fans wanna be trained by Kenzie. Roll up roll up."

Kenzie, who previously dated model Jodie Marsh, has been in a relationship with his girlfriend Frankie since 2012, according to .

The pair share two daughters together, Wynter, who was born in 2013, and Wyllow, who was born a year later in 2014.
