Two people have been injured in an alleged bus stabbing that has sparked a huge emergency response in Catford, southeast London.
Witnesses have taken to X to desribe the horrific scene of two males "attempting to steal a phone".
Social media reports suggest that the incident unfolded on a bus and involved two victims, one of whom tried to intervene in the suspected attempted robbery.
Metropolitan Police said two men in their thirties had suffered stab wounds and been hospitalised, while another man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and affray.
Emergency services remain at the scene, with central Catford under a police cordon.
