'In demand' Dunelm duvet with near-perfect rating has 50% off

A best-selling duvet and pillowcase set is now on Dunelm with 50% off and shoppers are saying it is 'fabulous and exceptional quality.' The Mandalay Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set is now priced at between £16-£52 on Dunelm, depending on sizing and it comes in single, double, kingsize and super kingsize.

Available in a range of colours: olive, chocolate brown, coal, mushroom, pacific blue, pink clay, white and yellow, the set offers an option for everyone. It has a 'pinsonic textured design' and is said to add a touch of sophistication to spaces.

Crafted to give a soft and comfortable sleep for customers, it also comes with button fastening at the button and includes pillowcases to finish it all off. The single set comes with one pillowcase, while the double, kingsize and super kingsize all come with two pillowcases. The set is also washing machine friendly and Dunelm recommends ironing it on a low heat.

For some alternatives, Dusk has its Portofino Waffle 100% Cotton Duvet Cover 200 Thread Count which is priced between £20 - £40 depending on sizing. It comes in sage green, blush, midnight navy, natural and white and features a waffle design. Argos also has its Home Essentials Soft Touch Grey Bedding Set priced between £8-£14 that has a fabric sateen finish, buttons for fastening and comes with pillowcases.

The Mandalay Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set has a high 4.7 out of 5 star rating on the Dunelm site from nearly 2,000 reviews. One person said: "Lovely for the winter. Nice quality. Lovely colour." Another wrote: "Absolutely beautiful bedding... fantastic quality and reasonably priced for such quality. Buying another colour it's so beautiful."

A third shopper said: "The quality and color of the bed set is amazing. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends."

Some others disagreed slightly saying: "Love the feel and colour of the duvet. Only problem is it doesn't fit the size of the duvet snugly. My husband hates it when there is loose duvet cover with no duvet in it . Looks lovely on the bed." Another person wrote: "Beautiful set. Does move about in the duvet a bit though which is annoying. But design is nice and easy to de-fur."
