There are lots of dessert recipes out there which are perfect for the autumn months, like a simple apple crumble, or maybe some scones. However, very few of them require three ingredients and less than 15 minutes to prep, like this recipe from Tesco Good Food.
The recipe notes said: "You won't believe this rich, indulgent chocolate cake only has three ingredients, and neither will your guests. Eggs, butter and chocolate are whisked together for a rich dessert that's impressive yet completely hassle-free to make."

Eight large eggs
225g unsalted butter
450g dark chocolate
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160°C/140°C Fan before greasing and lining a 20cm round cake tin. Beat eight large eggs in a large mixing bowl until doubled in volume.
According to the recipe, this will take around 10 minutes, so be patient.
Then, put the butter and chocolate in a pan, gently melting together over a low heat.
This can also be done in the microwave in small bursts whilst stirring to ensure it doesn't burn.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then carefully fold in the whipped eggs.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and wrap the outside of the tin in foil.
Place in a large roasting tin one-third filled with boiling water. Bake for one hour or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the tin.
Serve with a dusting of icing sugar and a few fresh raspberries, if you like.
This cake is best served and eaten fresh, but it will last in an airtight container for a couple of days.
