Westminster Bridge closed due to 'police incident' as cops rush to Central London

Westminster Bridge in Central London has been closed due to a police incident.

Dramatic images show that a police cordon is in place with the bridge empty during rush hour. Two ambulances are parked in the middle of the bridge with police officers spotted conducting enquiries.

Police confirmed it was a mental health-related incident with no injuries.
