TN SSLC, HSE+1 supplementary exam 2025 schedule released; exams begin July 4, hall tickets to be released shortly

TN Class 10, 11 supplementary exams date sheet: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has officially released the time table for the Class 10 (SSLC) and Class 11 (HSE+1) supplementary examinations for the academic year 2025. Students who did not pass or wish to improve their scores in one or two subjects now have a second opportunity, with exams scheduled to begin on July 4, 2025.

The supplementary exams will be held in a single shift from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm. Students will have a few minutes at the beginning of the exam to read the question paper and verify their details. The official time table is now available for download on the DGE website — dge.tn.gov.in. Applications for the exams can be submitted via schools or through district-level service centres.

Single shift exams with structured schedule
The examinations will follow a strict morning schedule, beginning each day at 10:00 am and ending at 1:15 pm. The time breakdown is as follows:

• 10:00 am to 10:10 am – Reading the question paper
• 10:10 am to 10:15 am – Verification of particulars
• 10:15 am to 1:15 pm – Duration of the examination

TN SSLC supplementary exam time table 2025
The Class 10 supplementary examinations will be conducted over seven days. The detailed subject-wise schedule is as follows:
The TN SSLC 2025 regular exams were conducted from March 28 to April 15, and results were announced on May 16.

TN HSE+1 supplementary exam time table 2025
The Class 11 (HSE+1) supplementary exams will also start from July 4, 2025, and conclude on July 11, 2025. The exams cover a broad range of academic and vocational subjects. The schedule is as follows:
The regular HSE+1 exams were conducted from March 5 to 27, 2025, with practical exams taking place between February 7 and 14. Results for both Class 10 and 11 were declared on May 15, 2025.

Key instructions for candidates
All candidates must arrive at the examination centre well in advance to complete verification procedures. No student will be allowed to enter the hall after the reading and verification window. The Directorate advises all eligible students to utilise this second chance to improve their academic records.
