2. Secret 2 + collectible toy 1 After acquiring the Blue Key, shield-bash through the green wall to exit the church. Turn left and backtrack along the path to the church. Use the Blue Key to unlock a door on the right side of the path, which will lead to a hidden space where the Imp toy is kept.
3. Secret 3 + weapon skin 1 In the area where the objective is to close four demonic portals, take the left path to find a drop pod containing the Shredder weapon. After obtaining the Shredder, turn around and look to the left to find a lower area. Jump down, approach the collectible, defeat the appearing demons by shooting the barrels, and collect the Nightmare Shotgun skin.
4. Secret 4 + collectible toy 2 Return to the area with the drop pod, proceed past it, and find another area to jump down on the left. Descend to discover a secret area containing the Soldier toy.
5. Secret 5 After closing the third demonic gate, instead of proceeding to the fourth, go right to find the Purple Key. Return to the starting area where the first demonic gate was located. Use the Purple Key to unlock a gate leading to a secret area with a Life Sigil.
6. Codex entry 1 After closing the demonic gate behind Secret #5, go behind it and to the right. Climb up and around to the top of the area to find the Doom Slayer codex entry.
7. Secret 6 + codex entry 2After destroying all four demonic gates, proceed to the next area. Following the combat encounter, just past the fiery wreckage, there is a climbable wall on the right. Climb up to find the Village of Khalim codex entry.
