NEW DELHI: A fire broke out at an apartment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Friday. No casualties were reported, the officials said.
Visual of the Parishkar C Building located in the Khokhra area showed smoke coming out, with two women trying to rescue two kids. One child was seen hanging in the air, gripping the ledge with one hand while the other was held tightly by a woman waiting to be rescued. They were rescued by two men who were standing on the floor below.
According to officials, five fire engines were dispatched to the scene to bring the blaze under control.
