PM Kisan 18th Installment: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today released the 18th installment of PM Kisan Yojana from Washim in Maharashtra. More than 9 crore farmer brothers across the country got the benefit of this scheme. This time Rs 20,000 crore was distributed in the 18th installment. The money was transferred directly to the bank accounts of the farmers.

Today was a very special day for the farmers of the country. Let us tell you that the 17th installment was released in June 2024, when the Prime Minister transferred an amount of more than Rs 21,000 crore to the bank accounts of more than 9.26 crore farmers during his Varanasi visit.

What is PM Kisan Yojana?

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is an important scheme launched to help farmers financially. Under this, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 2,000 every four months. Farmers get a total of Rs 6,000 in a year, which is transferred directly to their bank accounts. The main objective of this scheme is to boost the income of farmers and help them in farming operations.

How to check status

If you want to know whether your 18th installment has come to your account or not, then you have to visit the official website of PM-KISAN pmkisan.gov.in. Click on the 'Know Your Status' tab there, enter your registration number and captcha code and click on 'Get Data'. After this, your status will come on the screen.

Check the list like this

If you want to see whether your name is in the list of beneficiaries or not, then go to pmkisan.gov.in and click on the 'Beneficiary List' tab. Enter the details of state, district, block, and village and click on 'Get Report'. After this you will get the complete list of beneficiaries.
